The founder who refused his kingdom bore three children.  One was a beautiful princess who he loved above the others.  
 

One day he gave her a treasure, a great and valuable treasure.  Her brothers became jealous because the princess would not share,  The three sibling began to fight.

The fighting became so explosive there father was forced to act.  He stood in the midst of them and rebuked them and with the rebuke he turned them into stone.  

 

 For years he stood there alone. With no one but the trees to hear his grief. He forgot who he was and became one with the forest. He stood tall and strong until grief cut him down.  While his stone children stood, he fell. Today at his feet lies that great and terrible treasure.

So let this be a warning to them that find it, “Do not allow riches to turn you to stone.”
